The Retirement Office
The retirement office is responsible for the retirements of city employees who are not teachers. The retirement board invests the funds that are contributed each week by employees.
Retirement Web Portal
The retirement self-service web portal allows members of the Westfield Retirement System access to all of the information regarding your retirement account. This information will include the balances in your account, contact information we have on file for you, and beneficiary information. You will also be able to get an estimate of your retirement benefit. Please remember this is just an estimate based on current salary. Please contact the retirement office if you have questions.
Limited information can be updated directly and messages can be sent to the retirement office to update other information. If beneficiaries need to be updated there is a form that can be downloaded and then you will need to fill it out and return it to the Retirement Office for the change to be effective.
Click on Web Portal to access your account. For first-time users, you must register by clicking on Self Registration. It will ask additional information then you can set up a password. You then will go to the home page and see options of what information you can look at.
