The City of Westfield would like to ask that anyone downloading a copy of any bid or proposal on this website contact the Purchasing Department at 413-572-6254 to be on the bidders list for that bid. This is to ensure that all addendums or changes to the bids/proposals are given to everyone that has taken the documents.
The City of Westfield uses Find RFP e-Purchasing online system. This system brings together an extensive database of vendors and government agencies which enables us to improve our service to you by providing instant access to bid information via the web 24 hours a day.
In addition any one looking for results may call the office to obtain a copy of the bid recap sheets. |
