Westfield Fireworks will be held on Friday July 3, 2009 at Stanley Park. Rain date of Sunday July 5, 2009
Traffic-Fireworks
LLloyds Hill Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic at 6:00 PM.
Mountain View Street will be closed at the intersection of Lloyds Hill Road at 6:00 PM.
NO PARKING-Fireworks
Granville Road- North side from Horton Bridge to Park River Market on Granville Road.
City View Boulevard-On both sides southbound from Horton Bridge up to Foxhill Road.
Granville Road(northside of bridge)on both sides from Kensington Avenue to Horton Bridge.and North side from Broadway to Kensington Avenue.
Lloyds Hill Road-Both sides entire lenght.
Westwood Drive- West side of both streets and both sides of the horseshoe.
Kensington Avenue-Both sides.
Broadway Street- Both sides.
Special Traffic Flow-Fireworks
Upon completion of the fireworks display all persons parking west of Stanley Park,will be directed to head west towards Bates Road and Upper Western Avenue. All vehicles exiting the Westfield State College south lot must turn left out of the parking lot onto Western Avenue. All traffic exiting out of the Westfield State College Commuter lot and traffic exiting out of the Second Gongragational Church lot will be required to exit right onto Western Avenue towards Bates Road. All persons parked east of Stanley Park will be directed to head east onto Western Avenue.
