The License Commission is the licensing and enforcement agent for all liquor, auto agent dealers, food service, entertainment and coin-operated devices licenses. It is responsible for the issuing of licenses and enforcing rules, regulations, local ordinances and state laws pertaining to the licensing of car dealers and alcoholic beverage licenses. The Commission consists of three members who service a six-year term. Monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. The Office is located on the second Floor, room 217 of the Municipal Building, 59 Court Street. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

One-Day Special Liquore License - Is a license for a one day even, at any premises that is not licensed annually as a liquore license business.
Auto Agent License - Auto Agent Class 1 - New Automobile sales, Auto Agent Class 2 - Used Automobile Sales,
Auto Agent Class 3 - Junk Automobiles and part sales.
Coin-operated Amusement Devices - Coin-operated Video games, Pinball machines and Pool tables.
Entertainment License - includes Vocal Music, Instramental Music, Jukebox, Radio, TV, General Dancing, Kareoke, Poet Readers, Comedians.
Common Victualler License - Allows the sale of prepared foods.
Liquore License - Types: Innholder, Package Stores, GOP, Restaurants, Clubs.
The above licenses require applications. Please print out your needed application and complete. Drop off your application in Person at the License Commission Office located at 59 Court Street, 2nd Floor, Room 217.
