The Off-Street Parking Commission consists of seven members, four members serve terms of five years and three members, one of whom shall be a member of the city council, service for a term of two years.

The present members are as follows:

The Commission's purpose is to establish public, off-street automobile parking facilities and to foster the provisions for commercial, special purpose, and cooperative off-street automobile parking facilities within the city. The Commission, in doing so, maintains, operates, and through its agents, polices all of its facilities in the City.

The Commission is authorized to plan, design, locate, acquire property for, construct, alter, enlarge, use, maintain, operate and lease, either as lessee or lessor, public off-street parking facilities.

The Commission's office is located in the Municipal Building in room 211. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

MEETINGS

The Off-Street Commission meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in room 201 of the Municipal Building (City Hall) 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085

Meetings are open to the public.
