Q: How do I get a copy of an ordinance?
A: The City of Westfield's Code of Ordinance book is accessible via the Internet. It can be accessed through the Municipal Code Corporation's web page at www.municode.com. Select "Online Codes" under "Free Resources" on the left-hand side of the page. The publications are listed alphabetically by state, then city.

Q: How to I get a copy of a Zoning Ordinance?
A: You may access the City of Westfield Zoning Ordinances either through the City's Planning Department webpage by clicking here Westfield Planning Department. A: The legal staff of the City Law Department represents the City and its officials. The City has a claim form for the purpose of filing a claim against the City and it is available through the Office or on this site at "Forms for Downloading."

Q: I have a small claim unrelated to the City. How do I file it?
A: Small claims are heard at the Westfield District Court, 224 Elm Street, Westfield, MA 01085. You may contact the Court at 568-8946 for information regarding filing a claim.
