Mechanic Street Cemetery
The original map was laid out in 1825
The lots (family plots) were laid out 18 ft. by 16 ft. and 10 inches

Historical Notes
Mechanic Street Cemetery contains 1,127 stones covering 897 names (There are more buried in unmarked graves) of these, there are 100 plus graves of Revolutional War Soldiers.
There are 51 people buried who lived to 81 years to 90 years of age and 17 people died between the ages of 91 to 99.
Hannah, Relict of Paul Noble has the only stone recording 100 years of age
There are eight accidental deaths recorded
The entrance was moved from Main Street to Mechanic Street with gates built in 1834

Mechanic Street Cemetery

Middle Farms Cemetery
History - 2+ acreas
Location - A district cemetery at the intersections of Russelleville Road and North Road.
In an agreement of September 6, 1989 City Council took an additional.7 acres of land from Sally A. Young - executrix of the estate of Chester L. Clark, 356 North Road and adding it to the Middle Farms Cemetery trust fund.
This area is owned by the city, but is maintained by the trust, who can sell burial plots and contracts for maintenance.

Mundale Cemetery
History - The second oldest cemetery in Westfield 1.0 acre.
It contains 18 headstones located in the woods covered by large shades of pine trees.

Owens District Cemetery
History - Also known as East Mountain cemetery 1960 on 1.0 acreas located on East Mountain Road.
Orginally a district cemetery for the people of Owen District. The city took on the maintenance in the 1960's.
The last interrment was that of Fred H. Drew in 1977 at the age of 96.
The oldest stone is that if Emily, daughter of Abijah and Miriam Brooks Owen, buried in 1808.

South Street Cemetery- Location Blandford MA
Information to the general public. Stones were moved to develop Cobble Mountain Reservoir by Springfield MA (Not a Westfield Cemetery)
