A formal complaint may be filed with the license Commission against a licensed premise for one of the following reasons: failure to comply with a license obligation, a criminal act committed on or near the premises, a noise ordinance violation, or aother license related complaints.
Once you file a complaint, your case will be scheduled for review with the License Commission at a monthly meeting. If the complaint is founded, the License Commission will mediate a resolution to the complaint in an effort to produce an amiable conclusion while averting a disciplinary hearing. If a resolution cannot be obtained, then a disciplinary hearing may be held in front of the License Commission.
Please fill out the complaint form thoroughly before mailing it back to the License Commission. You must return the complaint form and any attachments before we can act on your complaint. You will be contacted to discuss the matter with the License Commission. |
