WHERE DO I PAY PARKING VIOLATIONS?
There are two ways in which an individual can pay a parking violation:
1. Fines can be paid in person at City Hall, 59 Court Street, 2nd Floor, Room 217, Westfield, MA
2. Fines can be paid via mail using the orange copy of the violation as an envelope. Payment can be made by check or money order payable to the City of Westfield

HOW DO I GET INFORMATION ON OLD OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONS?
Information on old outanding parking violations can be obtained by calling the Parking Clerk at (413)572-6202.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY OR APPEAL A PARKING TICKET WITHIN THE TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS?
Per Massachusetts Law Chapter 90, section 20A-20E, all tickets must be paid within 21 days. A $10.00 late fee is added on the 22nd day. If your ticket remains unpaid, your license and/or registration may be marked for nonrenewal with the Registry of Motor Vehicles
CAN I APPEAL A PARKING VIOLATION?
Yes, everyone has twenty-one (21) days to either pay or appeal the parking violation. Appeals can be made in person at a scheduled hearing or in writing to the Parking Clerk, 59 Court Street, Room 217, Westfield, MA 01085. A scheduled hearing may be requested either by calling the Parking Clerk at (413)572-6202 or in written form to the Parking Clerk, 59 Court Street, Room 217, Westfield, MA 01085.
WHAT IF I CAN'T RENEW MY LICENSE OR REGISTRATION BECAUSE OF AN UNPAID PARKING TICKET IN WESTFIELD?
You must pay ALL your outstanding parking tickets with us. In order to clear a mark at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, payment must be made by Cash or Money Order. Personal Checks are not accepted to clear a mark at the Registry.
WHERE ARE PARKING TICKET VIOLATION HEARINGS HELD?
Hearings are held at the Westfield Police Station, 15 Washington Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
