1. Parking Stickers, for all day parking (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) in off-street lots, are available in the Parking Clerk's Office, located at City Hall, in room 211. The price is $10.00 per sticker per month. This sticker is valid for the following off-street lots, which allow sticker parking: North Elm Street Lot, Franklin Street Lot, Thomas Street Lot, Arnold Street Lot, East and West Sides, and the Reader 3 lot.
Parking stickers are not valid in the Reader 1 or 2 lots or the Park Square Lot.
2. An overnight parking sticker is available for winter night parking, the price is $5.00 per sticker per month. This sticker allows overnight winter parking from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM in the Franklin Street lot, spaces 1 through 11, east side of Arnold Street lot, spaces 14 through 34 and Thomas Street lot, spaces 43 through 60.
Parking without a night sticker is not allowed during December, January and February between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, violators will be ticketed.
3. Parking stickers shall be affixed to the left rear side window with the exception of motorcycles and trucks. Trucks will affix the sticker to the lower back window on the drivers's side. Motorcyclists will carry the permit on their person and the parking enforcement officer will validate the sticker number. |
