 | HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT SNOW BANS?
Announcement of a Parking Ban is done on the Local Cable access channel 15, TV stations WWLP 22 and WGBY 40 and the local radio stations, WMAS, WHYN & WNNZ.
Motorists may also call the following offices for confirmation of a parking ban:

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PARKING STICKER?
Parking stickers, for all day parking (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) in off street lots, are available in the Parking Clerks office, located at City Hall, in room 211, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Merchants can also call the Parking Clerks office at 1-413-572-6202 and request the Enforcement Officer to deliver their stickers to them.
The price is $10.00 per sticker, per month. This sticker is valid for the following off-street lots, which allow sticker parking: North Elm Street lot, Franklin Street lot, Thomas Street lot, Arnold Street lot, (East and West sides), and the Reader 3 lot
Parking stickers are not valid in the Reader 1 or 2 lots.
An overnight parking sticker is available for winter night parking, the price is $5.00 per sticker, per month. This sticker allows overnight winter parking from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM int he Franklin STreet lot, spaces 1 through 11, east side of Arnold Street lot, spaces 14 through 34, and Thomas Street lot, spaces 43 through 60.
Parking without a night sticker is not allowed during December, January and February between 2:00 AM and 6:00 am, violators will be ticketed.
WHAT PARKING LOTS ARE AVAILABLE TO MOTORISTS?
The following is a list of free parking hours in each of the off-street lots:
NORTH ELM LOT, READER 1 and READER 2 LOTS - 2 HRS.
FRANKLIN STR., THOMAS ST., ARNOLD ST & READER 3 LOTS - 3 HRS.

WHEN ARE THE OFF-STREET COMMISSION MEETINGS?
The Off-Street Commission meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in room 201 of the Municipal Building (City Hall) 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085
Meetings are open to the public.
