Why is a Common Victualler License Needed?
A Common Victualler License is required to sell foods prepared on site to the public.
Application Process:
An application, with a copy of the Food Service Permit attached, must be filed with the License Commission.
Approval Process:
If the application is complete, with the copy of the Food Service Permit attached, approval of the License is automatic.
Fee:
$100.00 payable by check to the City of Westfield or by cash.
