When is a Special Alcohol License Needed?
A Special Alcohol License is needed anytime someone wishes to sell alcoholic beverages at events that will last from 1 to 3 days. A private individual may obtain a Special License to sell beer and wine only. A non-profit organization may receive a Special License to sell all alcoholic beverages.
Application Process:
An application, along with Liquor Liability coverage for the event, must be filed with the License Commission prior to its monthly meeting, along with payment.
Fee: There is a license fee of $100.00. Non-Profit organization may request to have the fee waived. All checks should be made payable to the City of Westfield.
