  • Driveway / Curb-Cut Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office for all driveways and curb-cuts entering a street
  • Sanitary Sewer Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office for all new sewer connections:
    • Commercial and Industrial
      • Mixed Business/Residence - $550, plus $275 each additional unit
      • Hotel/Motel - $550, plus $50 each additional unit
      • Commercial Buildings - $0.10 per sq. ft. of floor area excluding public corridor (minimum fee of $550)
      • Industrial Buildings - $0.10 per sq. ft. of floor area or $50 per 100 gallons per day average flow, whichever is greater (minimum fee of $550)
    • Residential
      • Single Family - $550
      • Two Family - $825
      • Multiple Family - $550, plus $275 each additional unit
    • New connections to replace existing connections - 50% of the applicable above-stated charge
  • Storm Water Drain Connection Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office for all connections made to the city’s storm water drain system
  • Street Excavation / Obstruction Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office for any opening or obstruction made in a city roadway
  • Tree Removal Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office for any removal, cutting, pruning, trimming of any trees within the public right-of-way.
  • Trench Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office for any trench work
  • Banner Permit - A permit must be obtained from this office to place or erect fixtures, banners, or structures on city street or sidewalks
