Regularly Scheduled Activites
"Art Unlimited" Class
Thursdays, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  No experience necessary.  Partially funded by Sarah Gillette Services for the Elderly, Inc.  The cost is $4 per class.  Elaine Lees, Instructor.

Ballroom Dancing
Fourth Monday of the month, 2 to 4 p.m.  Couples and singles welcome. 
Cost is $3 per person, pay as you go.

Billiard Bombers
Pool League, Mark Wilson, Coordinator.

Fridays, 1:15 p.m. to 3 p.m.  Each card 25 cents.  Birthday Bingo is the third Friday of each month.

Bridge Players Unite!
Thursdays, 1:30 p.m. in the Games Room.
Cards, Pitch, Games & Puzzles
Games Room open daily.

Chess with Les
Mondays, 1:00 p.m.  No experience necessary; Chess sets are available.

Computer Tutorials
Tutorials are held at the Senior Center.
Varying times and days.  Call the Senior Center for more information.

Do Re Mi Singers
Group rehearses on Mondays, 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.  Cathy Berry, Choral Director.

Fitness Room Classes
Senior Center participants have a multitude of fitness options to choose from.  In addition to our popular Chair Yoga classes with Teri Somers and Friday morning Line Dancing with Clara Sanborn, we also offer 'Keep it Moving' exercise class with Sue Woods; Regular Yoga and 'Let Your Yoga Dance' with Renee Rix; and Tai Chi with Ellie D'Allesandro.
*Participants are required to change their footwear before walking on the fitness room floor.*

Foot Care Services
The second Wednesday of each month, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. by appointment only.  Call (413) 562-6435.

The Games Room
Located on the second floor.  Open daily for cards, Pitch, Poker, checkers, chess, puzzles, and pool.

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group
The second Tuesday of each month at the Westfield Boys and Girls Club, 6:30 p.m.  Childcare will be provided.

The Learning Center
Available daily for computer use. 
*Please note that the Learning Center is utilized on Mondays and Thursdays by the AARP Tax Program volunteers during the months of February, March, and April and is not open for public use on those days.

Line Dancing
Line Dancing will be held Friday mornings from 10-11:30am.  Cost is $3, pay as you go.

'Piecemakers' Quilting Group
Fridays, Noon to 3 p.m.

'Sassy Stitchers' Knit and Crochet Group
Wednesdays, 9 a.m.  New members are welcome!   Group participates in Community Cuddles and Comfort Covers projects.  Yarn is provided.  (Donations of brand new skeins of washable yarn are gladly accepted.) 

SHINE Appointments (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders)
Karen Noblit, Senior Benefits Coordinator, assists older adults with Medicare and/or health insurance questions and concerns.

Side by Side Support Group
The fourth Friday of each month, 9:30 to 11 a.m. for those who are coping with life's challenges such as health issues,
grief and loss, family concerns and caregiver responsibility.

Tax Assistance (AARP Volunteers)
Appointments are scheduled beginning in January for the months of February, March, and April.  A waiting list is maintained.

"Viewpoints" Low Vision Support Group
The third Tuesday of the month from 12:45 to 2:15 pm.  Agnes Fleming, Coordinator.

Walk-Abouts Group
Wednesdays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., weather permitting.  Meet at the Senior Center.  Barbara Coleman, Coordinator.

Zumba Gold
