Join St. Mary’s High School on March 4, 2023 at Tekoa Country Club at 5 p.m. for the inaugural Green & Gold Gala and the first-ever awarding of the Sisters of St. Joseph Medal of Honor to the 7 From 57 alumni.

This event is a night out to benefit the school and honor the legacy of the Sisters who helped establish St. Mary’s High School in 1899. Five Sisters stepped up to teach and started a tradition of educating our students for more than 100 years. The Sisters continue to support Catholic education in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield and we are proud to honor them with the naming of this award. The first recipients are a group of seven members of the Class of 1957 -- Anne Marie Buikus, John Daly, Joyce Morrissey Donohue, Gail Duso, Eileen Florek, Marion Moreau and James Shea - who came together to create a fund to support students in need of tuition assistance, thus continuing the legacy of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

Tickets are $80 each and can be purchased below.

There are many ways to support this event with sponsorships. To become a Gold Sponsor with a $5,000 donation, a Green Sponsor with a $2,500 donation, Saints Sponsor for $1,000, SSJ Sponsor for $500 or an Alumni Sponsor for $250-$500, contact Hope E. Tremblay, Director of Institutional Advancement.
