This hearing will provide an overview of the draft Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) report that has been prepared on behalf of Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport. 

The draft NCP report can be found on Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport page on the City’s website:  www.cityofwestfield.org.  Physical copies of the draft report are also available for review at Westfield City Hall and Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport.

Public comments can be submitted at the hearing or via email to bwhiteman@jonespayne.com. The public comment period for the draft Noise Compatibility Program report will close Wednesday, February 15th, but additional comments and questions regarding the noise program can be submitted at any time.
