The City of Westfield is seeking input from residents and business owners on how the City should spend Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) monies. ARPA is a Federal program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, of which The City of Westfield is slated to receive $17 million dollars which can be allocated to specific categories of uses. On Thursday September 2, 2021, the City of Westfield City Council voted to accept the ARPA monies from the Federal Treasury. To align with the intended use of the monies and to guide the investment of these funds, Mayor Humason, is seeking input from the community on the potential ARPA projects or programs.
Westfield citizens and businesses are encouraged to review the details on an information page and complete an online survey.
