The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt for the City of Westfield. Specifications may be received at the City of Westfield Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085.   Sealed Bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at the same address above no later than Wednesday May 25, 2022 @ 2:00 PM and must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope:   “Bid # 22-040-Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt”.  All bids received will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director.  No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and time.  The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.
