Water Spray Park
Spray parks operate from June - September (closing before or after Labor Day weekend). Hours of operation are from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Sunday.
History
A field house was built in 1930 by W.P.A. and playground equipment installed, basketball courts, swings, slides, sea-saws and bathrooms.
Sadie Knox donated the land and new equipment installed in 1948.
1984 a new concrete building was installed and in 1990 the Park Department staff built a new ball field.
1998 Parking lot was paved and additional 40 parking spots were made available.
1999 New playground equipment installed, along with new benches.
