The next property owners and managers seminar will take place on Tuesday evening, April 25, 2023, at Shaker Farms Country Club. We will have an optional dinner at 6:00 pm, for a cost of $25, and the free informational portion of our meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. This month we will have Carissa Lisee, Westfield's Superintendent of Buildings and Building Commissioner as one of our keynote speakers. Carissa will talk about state and local building codes that owners and managers need to be aware. We will also have a Crystal Dugay, one of Westfield's Health Inspectors as a speaker to address Health Code issues that owners and managers need to be familiar with.
