[ARCHIVED] Property Owners and Managers Seminar

Landlord Group

The Westfield Police Department will host another free seminar for property owners and managers on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:00 pm, at Shaker Farms Country Club. An optional dinner and social hour will take place from 6 pm to 7 pm, with the informational portion of the seminar to start promptly at 7:00 pm.

For our September seminar we will have Attorney Tim Reynolds as our keynote speaker to talk about the eviction process.  Attorney Reynolds is a partner in the West Springfield based law firm Reynolds & Werman and has been practicing law for over 20 years.  He specializes in real estate law, particularly focused on landlord-tenant matters.  Navigating the process of eviction is not a simple matter, so bring your questions for Attorney Reynolds.

There will be on optional dinner for a fee of about $25 from 6-7 pm, followed by the free informational portion of our meeting at 7:00 pm.  Although it is not a requirement to RSVP for this seminar, it is incredibly helpful for planning purposes.  You can RSVP by clicking this link.
