On June 27, 2017, a bicycle was stolen directly in front of 53 Elm Street. As of today officers have not been able to identify the suspect. Given last nights success in identifying a suspect responsible for tagging on Meadow Street, we are again seeking your help to identify the person responsible for taking this bicycle.
