[ARCHIVED] February Crime Free Multi Housing Meeting for Landlords

Greetings Everyone,

It’s that time again!  Next Thursday, February 28, 2019, 6:00 pm, Shaker Farms Country Club will host this month’s Crime Free Multi Housing Meeting.  This month will showcase regular monthly speakers Lt. Eric Hall from the Westfield Police Department and Attorney Stanley Komack who specializes in landlord tenant law.

This month the topic for the meeting will be “Drafting Your Lease or Rental Agreement”.  You are encouraged to bring your current lease or rental agreements with you!  This is an amazing opportunity to have your documents reviewed by professionals who routinely write and review leases specific to Massachusetts!  Last month's meeting boasted over 50 attendees, so get there early to guarantee a good seat!

As always, attendance is free with an optional $19 buffet.  The social/networking half hour will begin at 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm is the optional buffet, and 7:00 pm begins the informational portion of the meeting.  You are welcome to show up the evening of the event, but if you will be participating in the buffet an RSVP is appreciated.  If you have questions or to RSVP please contact Lt. Eric Hall at or 413-642-9383.  Thank you.
