The 2019 Westfield Food Fest sponsored by the Westfield Rotary Club will take place Friday 8/23 and Saturday 8/24 requiring Elm Street to be closed down.
Elm Street will be closed starting at 5am on Friday 8/23/19 and will reopen sometime between 10pm and midnight on Saturday 8/24/19.
