The City of Westfield, Massachusetts, is offering Child Care Providers a unique opportunity to lease Westfield Public School Buildings for Before and After School Programs.   Specifications may be received at, and proposals are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope: “Before and After School Programs- RFP #26-038.”  All proposals must be in the Purchasing Office no later than April 9, 2026 @ 2:00 pm.  No proposals will be accepted after the above stated date and hour.  The City of Westfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.  The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (M/F/H) which encourages utilization of minority and women owned enterprises.
