Kaitlyn Bruce, City Clerk/Registrar of Voters
Kaitlyn has been with the City of Westfield for 11 years and was appointed City Clerk in September, 2022. She was previously the Assistant City Clerk and Principal Clerk within the department. Marisa Colon, Assistant City Clerk 
Marisa has been with the City of Westfield for 16 years and was appointed the Assistant City Clerk in November, 2022. A lifelong Westfield resident, Marisa was also on the Youth Commission, a Parks and Rec employee and previously the Principal Elections Clerk. Valentina Rafalskiy, Head Licensing Clerk
Valentina has been with the City Clerk's Office since 2022. She works in the Licensing Division of the City Clerk's Office, Room 217. She is the frontline staff for Liquor, Auto and Business Licenses. She is also the scribe for the Off-Street Parking Commission and the License Commission. Jennifer Shuford, Principal Data Entry Clerk
Jenn has been with the City Clerk's Office since early 2024. She is the frontline staff for the elections. She is also the scribe for the Board of Registrars and Legislative and Ordinance Committee. Karisa has been with the City Clerk's Office since 2022. She is the frontline staff for Marriage Intentions and Vital Records (Births, Deaths, Marriages).
